Dr. Anthony S. Cohen, MD

Anthony S. Cohen, M.D., is Chief of Neurology at St. Francis Hospital and an Attending Associate at the Hospital and at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY. He has been a part of Neurological Associates, a private practice in Great Neck, NY, since 1981 and has served as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Neurology at New York University Medical School, also since 1981. Prior to his positions at St. Francis and North Shore, Dr. Cohen served as Director of the EMG Laboratory and as an Assistant Attending Physician in the Neurology Department at Montefiore Hospital and Medical Center in the Bronx. Dr. Cohen is a member of the Nassau County Medical Society, the American Medical Association, the New York Society of Internal Medicine and the Medical Society of the State of New York. He is a Fellow of the College of Physicians of South Africa and a member of the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine and the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
