Dr. Elliott joined Coastal Orthopedics in 2001. After obtaining his bachelor of science degree in zoology from Duke University, he went on to receive his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. From there, he completed an internship and an orthopedic surgery residency at Greenville Hospital System University Medical Center in Greenville, South Carolina. Dr. Elliott then obtained a fellowship in sports medicine from the University of Virginia.
When not seeing patients in clinic, Dr. Elliott serves on the Board of Directors at Carolina Bone and Joint Center and on the Medical Executive Committee at Conway Medical Center. Along with Dr. Ramsey, Dr. Elliott heads up the Joint Replacement program at Conway Medical Center. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two dogs, a black lab and a German shorthaired pointer. He also enjoys golfing and hiking in the Western Carolina Mountains.
