Claire grew up in the Portland area and attended Oregon State University for her undergraduate degree. She then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The George Washington University in Washington, DC in 2019. She returned to Portland after graduating and has since worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Claire enjoys working in the outpatient setting where she can have more 1:1 time with patients and develop strong therapeutic relationships. She feels the most important aspect of physical therapy is patient education and providing tools to patients for independent management. She has experience working with orthopedic, neurological, post-operative, persistent pain, and acute injury patients.
