Dr. Moliver has been a plastic surgeon in the Clear Lake area since 1992. He is a retired Major from the US Army Reserves. He teaches plastic surgery residents, has begone publishing in peer reviewed journals and lectures nationally for two international companies in the medical field – Lumenis Corporation and MTF (Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation). He is married for 31 years and has two wonderful kids!
