David E Dominguez, M.D.
Orthopaedic Surgeon/ Sports Medicine
Dr. Dominguez attended University of Florida, and continued on to Duke University School of Medicine , where he graduated and participated in research, which went on to publication in the prestigious Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery. He completed his Orthopaedic Residency training at Texas A&M University. After a brief period of serving our community as an orthopaedic trauma doctor at Holmes Regional, Dr. Dominguez decided to pursue his passion for Sports Medicine.
He completed his Sports Medicine Fellowship at the World – Renowned Sports Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Medicine Associates (SOAR) where he served as Team Physician for several Division 1 Universities and Professional teams.
Dr. Dominguez is dedicated to serving the Brevard Athletic Community. His combined passion for sports and medicine have led him to raise the standard of care with physician sponsored physicals, donating ImPact Concussion testing …to the local high schools and ensuring Certified Athletic Trainers are present at our local high schools, he also takes the initiative to educate parents, athletes, and coaches on injury prevention and recovery.
