In April 2023, Dr. David J. Winchester joined City of Hope Chicago as Surgical Oncologist. Dr. Winchester is the Medical Director of the Breast Program at the City of Hope Outpatient Care Center in Gurnee, where he evaluates and treats patients with a variety of types and stages of cancer.
