At Desert Institute for Spine Disorders, we specialize in conservative spine treatment for neck and low back pain, including trunk stabilization physical therapy, various types of medications, activity modification, and therapeutic injections.

Our Mission

We provide services for all who live locally in the Phoenix metropolitan area, nationally, and internationally.
Led by Dr. Duane D.H. Pitt, M.D., F.A.A.O.S., Lt. Col. (Ret…) who you will see on your first visit and he will develop your plan of care. Dr. Pitt is a Board Certified Fellow of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and his spine practice has focused on prevention, conservative medical management, and all surgical techniques available for the spine.
