Dr. Edward Cholsang Mun, MD

Edward C Mun is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School and an Attending Surgeon at the Brigham & Womens and Faulkner Hospitals, Boston, MA, USA. He is a graduate of Yale University and Harvard Medical School and received his surgical training at Beth Israel Hospital, Boston. He is the Director of the Program for Weight-Loss Surgery at the Faulkner Hospital. His surgical practice is devoted to a broad spectrum of general and gastrointestinal surgery, with special interests in gastric bypass surgery for morbid obesity. His research interest is in the area of visceral obesity and insulin sensitivity.
