Dr Edward Liu graduated from Penn State College of Medicine. Dr Liu completed his internal medicine residency at Thomas Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia. He completed his Infectious Diseases fellowship at Mt. inai Hospital/Elmhurst Hospital in New York City. In 2001, hejoined Jersey Shore University Medical Center. In 2009, he completed a Masters in Public Health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He is Chief of Infectious Diseases at JSUMC and is active in medical student, graduate medical education, and Infectious Diseases/HIV research. He has interests in Public Health/Epidemiology and Hospital Infection Prevention.
