Dr. Elizabeth Ann Welch, MD

Jennifer Welch, MD, an assistant professor of pediatrics at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, has a special interest in acute lymphoblastic leukemia. She joined our program after completing her pediatric hematology/oncology fellowship at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and Hasbro Children’s Hospital. Welch’s work is focused on building a comprehensive childhood leukemia program. Her research interests focus on the late effects of pediatric leukemia therapy and psycho-social support of parents of children with cancer across the spectrum from diagnosis to survivorship or bereavement.
