Dr. Emily Jane Doyle, MD

Dr. Doyle served as Chief of Staff at Seton Shoal Creek Hospital from 2008-2009 and continues to serve as Seton’s Behavioral Health Ethics Committee Co-chair. Dr. Doyle is an Associate Training Director for the UT Southwestern Psychiatry Residency Program at Seton Family of Hospitals. She holds academic appointments at UT Southwestern and UTMB as Assistant Professor and Clinical Assistant Professor. Dr. Doyle is board certified in both psychiatry and forensic psychiatry. She serves as a member of the Travis County Medical Society’s Physician Health and Rehabilitation Committee, a member of the State of Texas Medical Advisory Board, and a forensic psychiatry consultant to the Texas Medical Board. She enjoys working directly with patients in the inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as teaching, supervising and mentoring medical students and residents.
