DR. EUGENE LIPOV
Dr. EUGENE LIPOV is a BOARD CERTIFIED ANESTHESIOLOGIST
Co-Founder, Chief Medical Officer, and provider at Stella Center’s Chicago flagship
Hello, I’m the Chief Medical Officer at Stella Center. For over fifteen years, my goal has been to help people experiencing mental health challenges find relief. As an anesthesiologist, I discovered the use of Stellate ganglion block (SGB) for treating PTSD, eventually perfecting the protocol into the dual sympathetic reset (DSR), an advanced Stellate ganglion block (SGB), which shows 81% efficacy in treating PTSD and reduces anxiety symptoms by 50%.
I train and oversee a network of +30 Stella Center Certified board certified MDs who perform Stella Center’s protocols advanced protocols across the world. My latest publication, combining DSR SGB and Ketamine infusions to treat TBI and PTSD, was awarded “Outstanding Achievement in Research” by the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP).
