Dr. Eugene Y. Chang, MD

Prior to beginning his career with Bon Secours, Dr. Chang was employed by Delta Surgical Oncology/Breast Care Center in Portsmouth, Va., where he served as surgical director of surgical oncology.
Chang has a bachelor of science in industrial engineering and operations research from Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Sciences in New York, N.Y. He earned his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey at the New Jersey Medical School in Newark, N.J. He completed an internship in surgery at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pa., where he also served a residency in surgery.
Chang is a fellow of immunotherapy, as well as a fellow of surgical oncology with the National Institutes of Health, National Cancer Institute, Surgery Branch, in Bethesda, Md. In addition, he is a diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Surgery. He also is a fellow with the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and is a …member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons.
