Dr. Sabet trained at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and is Board Certified in Psychiatry by the American Boards of Psychiatry and Neurology as well as the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine. He has been in practice over 25 years in northeast Ohio. Patients will benefit from his wide range of experience, and his emphasis on the practice of integrative medicine. Men are especially comfortable with his practice style, but as the father of three successful daughters, Dr. Sabet’s understanding of women’s issues is superb. He has a particular interest in college students and young adults. He is a respected leader in the treatment of Adult ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression.
Dr. Sabet believes in treating the whole person, taking into account the interaction between the biological, psychosocial, and spiritual or existential dimensions. He uses all treatment modalities from the most current medications available to many alternative therapies such as herbal treatments, meditation …and spirituality, energy and light therapy, diet and exercise. He believes in prescribing the minimum effective dose of any medications, titrating the brain chemistry carefully until the optimum mental health condition is reached for each patient.
