Dr. Pregler is originally from Erie. He attended Mercyhurst Prep and obtained a B.S. in chemistry/biology from Gannon University in 1984. Dr. Pregler attended the Pennsylvania College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated in 1988. He did his family practice residency at Metro Health Center from 1988-1991. He is married with four children.
