Dr. Ghacibeh is a neurologist who is board-certified in neurology, epilepsy, clinical neurophysiology, and sleep medicine. He treats adults and children with epilepsy, seizures, narcolepsy, sleep disorders, sleep apnea, autism, and dementia and performs diagnostic procedures including electroencephalogram (EEG), sleep studies, and cognitive evaluation. He is Chief of Neurology at Pascack Valley Medical Center, and is an associate professor of Neurology at Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.
Dr. Ghacibeh earned his medical degree at the Lebanese University in Beirut, and completed his neurology residency at New York University/Bellevue Medical Center, serving as chief resident during his final year. He then completed a one year fellowship in Behavioral and Cognitive Neurology and a second fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology, Epilepsy and Sleep Medicine at the University of Florida. He also earned his Master’s in Clinical Investigation from the University of Florida.
Dr. …Ghacibeh is board certified in Neurology, Epilepsy, Clinical Neurophysiology and Sleep Medicine by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and in Clinical Neurophysiology and Video-EEG monitoring by the American Board of Clinical Neurophysiology. He has contributed numerous publications, book chapters, and abstracts to medical literature and has delivered peer-reviewed presentations at prestigious national meetings.
He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Epilepsy Society and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
