Dr. Harish Sadanand Hosalkar, MD

Dr Hosalkar is a renowned orthopedic surgeon and is currently the Director of Center for Hip Preservation and Children%u2019s Orthopedics in San Diego, California.
Dr Hosalkar moved to San Diego in 2009, from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. He completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the UPENN and his pediatric orthopedic fellowship at Great Ormond Street hospital for Children, UK. He also received his pediatric orthopedic training at Children%u2019s Hospital of Mumbai, with Prof Benjamin Joseph at KMC Manipal, and further trained at Children%u2019s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Dr Hosalkar completed medical school at University of Mumbai in 1993, topping the university rank list, followed by successful completion of his initial residency in orthopedic surgery at the King Edward Memorial Hospital, University of Mumbai in 1998.
Dr Hosalkar is on faculty with AO North America for trauma and has also completed his AO-Hip Preservation fellowship at Inselspital, …Bern, Switzerland. Dr Hosalkar specializes in pediatric, adolescent and adult hip and pelvic disorders, lower extremity problems including deformity correction and fracture care for both children and adults.
Dr Hosalkar will be treating children, adolescents and adult patients for orthopedic problems at the following locations.
