Dr. Hope Rasque, MD is the medical director of Colorectal Centers of Atlanta. She is one of the premier Colon and Rectal surgeons in the Atlanta area with over 15 years experience caring for patients with a variety of Colon and Rectal conditions. Dr. Rasque is board certified by the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons and the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Rasque specializes in all areas of colorectal surgery focusing on minimally invasive surgery.
Dr. Rasque obtained her BS degree from New Mexico State University in Electrical Engineering. She obtained her medical degree from Tulane University. Dr. Rasque did her general surgery residency at St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury, CT., and her Colon and Rectal training at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, NE.
Dr. Rasque is an expert in colorectal conditions including: colonoscopy, colon cancer, fecal incontinence, inflammatory bowel disease, laparoscopic surgery, diverticulitis, hemorrhoids, fissures, …fistulas, and prolapse. She is pleased to join Hemorrhoid Centers of America as it continues to expand and bring its non-surgical treatment of hemorrhoids and fissures to multiple locations through out the United States.
Dr. Rasque has admitting privileges to Northside Hospital Atlanta and Forsyth as well as North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, GA. Additionally, she performs colonoscopy at the Endoscopy Consultants Center at the Emory St. Joseph’s Doctor Center and at the Georgia Endoscopy Center in Alpharetta, GA.
