The care of acute and chronic low back pain and radiating pain, weakness and sensory loss of the lower extremities. Board certified in both Orthopaedic Surgery and Pediatrics. Trained at the Hospital for Special Surgery and New York Hospital of Cornell Medical Center. Out patient procedures with limited or small incision and microsurgey capabilities. Regional anaesthesia or general anaesthesia by board certified anaesthesiologists. Specialty: 1. Decompression of nerve root entrapments due to acute and chronic disc herniations and arthritic bone spurs which lead to lower extremity (buttock, hip, groin, thigh or leg and foot) pain, weakness, loss of sensation, loss of balance and night cramps. 2. Stabilization of shifting vertebrae (vertebral instability leading to spondylolisthesis) and sacro-iliac joints due to trauma, degeneration, infection or tumors that lead to low back pain, stiffness and problems sleeping.
