Dr. James Patrick McFadden, MD

Dr. McFadden graduated from Harvard College in 2001. He went on to graduate medical school from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in 2005. He continued on at The University of Illinois for his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery, graduating in 2010. He came to Florida for his Orthopaedic Traumatology fellowship in 2010-2011. Since that time, he has been in practice, serving his community in North Central Florida.He works in Ocala, FL and specializes in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery, General Orthopaedic Surgery, Joint Replacement Surgery, Foot & Ankle Surgery, and Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery. He operates on adults and children. He performs inpatient and outpatient orthopaedic surgery and arthroscopy.Dr. McFadden is married and has three children. He is the Program Director for the University of Central Florida’s Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program. He is an Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at The University of Central Florida. He is actively involved in the …Eastern Orthopaedic Association as well as the Florida Orthopaedic Society.When he is not working, Dr. McFadden spends time at his church, at the beach, and at his children’s youth sports and other activities.
