Dr. Rao is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology & Hematology. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Easton Hospital in Pennsylvania and her fellowship at the CTRC, University of Texas, San Antonio.
Dr. Rao and her husband support many charities and educational programs internationally. She was also instrumental in the development of financial assistance programs and support groups at Oncology San Antonio.
