About the doctor
Dr. Capezzuti received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Davie, Florida. She completed an internship and residency in family practice at Broward General Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Capezzuti also completed a Master of Public Health degree with highest honors from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Master of Business Administration degree from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Dr. Capezzuti completed her undergraduate coursework at The Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pennsylvania. Dr. Capezzuti is currently enrolled in the AOA sponsored Health Policy Fellowship program. It is a year-long leadership training program designed to give physicians the skills needed to analyze, formulate, and implement health policy on the local, state, and national levels.
Dr. Capezzuti was born and raised in Pennsylvania. …Previous to medical school, Dr. Capezzuti worked for Merck & Co., Inc. She began as a staff biologist in West Point, Pennsylvania, and continued into the field of clinical research. She then relocated to south Florida as a pharmaceutical representative.
An active volunteer in the medical field, Dr. Capezzuti has worked on many medical missions with DOCARE International, NFP, in the country of Guatemala. She has also volunteered with Hospice by the Sea, Inc., in Boca Raton, Florida. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American Medical Association, the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association, and the Broward County Medical Association and Women Physician Group.

Jennifer Silvoy Capezzuti, D.O., M.P.H., M.B.A. is a family practice physician, specializing in preventative medicine for patients age 13 and older. Dr. Capezzuti is Board Certified in Family Practice and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment. Dr. Capezzuti has been in solo practice since 2007 with privileges at Imperial Point Medical Center and Broward General Medical Center. For the office, she consulted experts in healing arts and has created a relaxing environment with warm colors, a trickling waterfall, plants and aromatherapy. The office accepts most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Avmed, BC/BS, Best Choice, Cigna, Humana, NHP, United, and Vista. There is parking in front of the building and an additional parking lot two properties to the south of the building. The doctor sees patients from 9-5 Monday through Friday, and is closed from 12-1:30 daily.
