Dr. Joy Andrews, PAC

Joy Andrews has worked in various roles in the medical field for over 20 years. She has experience in front and back office, as well as medical billing and coding, and was a Certified Professional Coder. She furthered her career and obtained a degree in Radiologic Technology. She was a spine/pain RT for many years (including here at DSSP), as well as a Clinical Instructor for PMI, before pursuing her career as a Physician Assistant. She has been a PA since 2017, focusing in pain management, and joined DSSP, again, in Oct 2022. She is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, licensed by the Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants, and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She also maintains her radiology certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and Arizona Department of Health Services – Bureau of Radiation Control.
