Dr. Long is a native of Lancaster County and a graduate of Conestoga Valley High School. She received her M.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2002. After graduating from her residency in orthopedic surgery at the George Washington University in Washington, DC, she completed a fellowship in sports medicine and shoulder surgery at the University of Michigan.
A Board Eligible orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Long is a candidate member of both the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine. She is also a member of the Ruth Jackson Society for women in orthopedics.
Dr. Long has a special interest in sports medicine and shoulder surgery.
