I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stony Brook University and my Master of Social Work from Fordham University. Throughout my time in college, I was able to explore different avenues of the social work field through jobs, volunteer opportunities and internships. I’ve had experience with Assertive Community Treatment within communities with serious mental illness and occurring addictions, being a Direct Support Professional for the DD/ID populations, being a crisis counselor for Crisis TextLine and interning as a care coordinator for adolescent group homes. I have worked with various positions, with varying demographics and populations within this field. Through my experience, I have found that it is essential to tailor therapy to each client’s needs to strive for the most out of this journey. I admire the bravery of being able to explore your options for therapy. I look forward to taking the first step in this journey with you and I am grateful to have the opportunity to …be collaborating with you on the life you want to make for yourself.
