Dr. Keith Merrill Heaton, MD

As a surgical oncologist, I specialize in treating patients with a wide variety of cancers from breast cancer to melanoma to those of the gastrointestinal tract. During my four-year specialty training in surgical oncology at the M. D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, I learned the value of coordinating surgery with possible chemotherapy and/or radiation. My goal is to individualize each persons cancer care so that they get the best possible treatment. I believe every patient should be treated as if they were family.
