Dr. Kencliffe Palmer, M.D. is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician with post-basic Primary Care Psychiatry training who provides General Medicine and Behavioral Health Services at Ornaldo Swift Healthcare, plus provide medical oversight for clinical services at Ornaldo Swift Healthcare.Dr. Kencliffe Palmer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Northern Caribbean University (formally, West Indies College) and a Master’s degree in Physiology from The University of the West Indies in Jamaica. He earned his Doctorate of Medicine (MD) with high honors, from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine training at Morehouse School of Medicine. Dr. Palmer’s interest in the interface of Mental Health and Physical illness, led him to pursue training in Primary Care Psychiatry (University of California, Irvine) and he integrates Behavioral Health and Addition Medicine in his practice.
