Dr. Kenneth Joseph Paonessa, MD

Dr. Paonessa specializes in Complex Spinal Deformity including Adult Scoliosis and Pediatric Scoliosis, Cervical reconstruction. He also performs minimally invasive lumbar spine surgery for fusions and discectomy and performs kyphoplasty for the treatment of fractures. Dr. Paonessa participates in the FDA’s TFAS facet replacement study and trained in lumbar and cervical disc replacements.
Our group practice also includes nonoperative spine management, EMG nerve testing, and interventional epidual steroid injections with two board certified physiatrists.
