Kristi Gannon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in both the state of Virginia and Florida. Kristi currently offers telehealth sessions in both of these states, specializing in offering treatment to adults and seniors who are faced with the negative effects of anxiety, depression, anger, relationship issues, ADHD, poor coping skills, gender identity issues, stress, trauma,PTSD, women’s issues, and more. Kristi understands that no single approach to therapy works for every individual, and therefore integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral (CBT), person-centered therapies, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques to help clients achieve their desired goals. Kristi is passionate about the work she does with her clients and uses a collaborative approach to empower clients in taking control of their own recovery.
