Dr. Leonard Ditmanson is the Chief Medical Officer for America’s Rehab Campus, an opiate addiction treatment center and rehab. Simultaneously, Dr. Ditmanson is the co-founder of Tucson Medical Center Perinatal Substance Abuse Treatment Coalition. For the past three years, he has served on the Arizona Governor’s Taskforce for Substance Abuse. As a practicing physician for more than 30 years in Tucson, Arizona, his practice experience includes infectious disease, general internal medicine, hospital medicine and sports medicine. Dr. Ditmanson served as Medical Director for 12 years at COPE Community Services in Tucson, Arizona, the largest opioid treatment program in Arizona. He carried the ultimate responsibility of overseeing every aspect of medical services for the mental health and addiction treatment program ensuring the program functioned to achieve maximum client success. In various groups around the country, Dr. Ditmanson frequently presents lectures on the current opioid crisis …and the history of the opioid addiction and treatment solution. Throughout his career, Lenn Ditmanson has received numerous awards for teaching at the University of Arizona, College of Medicine, the Tucson Hospital Medical Education Program and local awards for community service. Among his most distinguished awards, he was presented with World Series rings as the Team Physician for Chicago White Sox and the Arizona Diamondbacks. Additional he has served as the Medical Director for El Tour de Tucson Bicycle Race since 1995 to Present, the Accenture Match play PGA event, 2007-2014, and the Tucson Classic Golf.
