Dr. Manuel Garcia

Dr. Manuel Garcia is a certified Varicose Vein Specialist (Phlebologist). He is the physician and medical director of VeinsPlus with offices in East Lansing and Grand Ledge. He completed his medical residency at Spectrum Blodgett, Spectrum Butterworth, and St. Marys Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI, coordinated by the Grand Rapids Medical Education and Research Center (an affiliate of Michigan State University). After graduating as the Chief Resident of the Spectrum Blodgett Campus, he furthered his medical training as a varicose vein specialist (Phlebologist).Dr. Manuel Garcia has earned Diplomat status with the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine (ABVLM) and the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). He is certified as a Registered Physician of Vascular Interpretation (RPVI). He is a member of the American College of Phlebology, American Medical Association, Michigan State Medical Society, American Venous Forum, and Society for Vascular Ultrasound.His office, VeinsPlus, …is an accredited by the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) as a facility for Vascular Testing.Dr. Garcia serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor for the Internal Medicine residency program of Michigan State University by offering an Introductory Phlebology Rotation. He also serves as the Medical Advisor to Vascular Ultrasound Program at Baker College.He is the founder and medical director of VeinsPlus, Acne Center of Lansing, and MesoHealth.
