Education and BackgroundDr. Seltzer received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Long Island University and has been a New York State licensed Physical Therapist since 2014. Dr. Seltzer has over 10 years of experience training individuals in a variety of capacities. His academic background is in movement analysis, injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and health promotion, combined with over six years of experience as a certified personal fitness trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.Dr. Seltzer’s professional training heavily emphasizes analyzing each individual as a whole, which is a critical aspect to injury prevention and rehabilitation. As a life-long New Yorker with a passion for health and fitness, Dr. Seltzer finds it a privilege to use his knowledge and experience to keep a similar population healthy.In his free time, Dr. Seltzer enjoys playing golf, cooking and watching the New York Mets and the Green Bay Packers.
