He is assistant clinical professor at LSU and Tulane University Schools of Medicine. He is Distinguished Life Fellow of American Psychiatric Association and former President of Louisiana Psychiatric Medical Assocition . Dr Arshad Has practiced psychiatry in New Orleans area since 1990.
