Neil Gross, M.D. is board certified in Ophthalmology and one of 600 fellowship- trained and certified Ophthalmic Plastic Surgeons in the U.S. He practices on the North Shore of Massachusetts and has over 20 years of surgical experience.
A graduate of Harvard College (Summa Cum Laude) and the Yale University School of Medicine, Dr. Gross completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Michigan and his fellowship at the Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Infirmary in New York City.
Dr. Gross specializes in Botox, dermal fillers, cosmetic eyelid surgery and reconstructive eyelid surgery. And, because he is also an ophthalmologist, he performs routine eye exams, prescribes glasses and treats complex eye disorders like glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetes and cataracts.
Dr. Gross publishes columns on eye health and ophthalmic plastic surgery in the Lynn Journal and other North Shore newspapers. He has written scientific articles in peer review journals, co-authored chapters …on cosmetic eyelid surgery in a major ophthalmic plastics textbook, produced programs on the eye for public access cable TV and taught ophthalmic plastics surgical techniques to ophthalmologists at the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
