Nicole Sears is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about partnering with children, teens, and adults to help them navigate the effects of trauma. Nicole’s focus has been in trauma for the majority of her 10 years servicing the mental health field. Nicole completed her Master’s degree in Social Work at Indiana University Purdue University-Indianapolis. Nicole utilizes several different approaches including Narrative Therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and solution-focused therapy (SFT).
