At the ADHD Specialty Clinic, I see patients on consultation for management and treatment of ADHD.
Referrals from physicians of all specialties, psychologists and parents is easy, and patients may self-refer.
Time from first call to appointment is measured in days, not weeks or months. The first visit is about 1 1/2 hours long and includes a review of all past history and documents from previous evaluations. Treatment plans are designed specifically to each patient’s needs. Communication with the referring professional is by ‘phone, fax or other HIPAA-compliant means to provide confidentiality. Prospective patients are encouraged to call the office and discuss the problem.
My practice is limited to ADHD only, in children and adults. I do not see routine pediatrics and well-child examinations, workman’s comp, disability determinations or conduct DOT exams.
