“I chose to specialize in Gastroenterology because I love the procedural aspect of GI. I was an engineering major in college and have always enjoyed things that are more hands-on. I also like that it has a nice balance of both inpatient and outpatient work. I really enjoyed working with inflammatory bowel disease patients while in fellowship and hope to carry that over while I am in practice.”
