This was followed by Dental School and a period of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training prior to completing medical school%u2014all at the University of Florida. He then completed five years of specialist training at North Carolina Baptist Hospital and Bowman Gray/Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Nesmith has been in private practice in Gainesville for more than 18 years.
