Dr. Rizwan Hassan Bukhari, MD

My practice is based in Dallas, Texas with the Surgical Associates of Dallas. We treat patients from Dallas, Fort Worth, as well as surrounding areas of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma. I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of peripheral vascular disease including aneurysms, arterial blockages and narrowings, disorders of the venous system, as well as lymphatic disorders. Treatment is individualized for each person, and services provided may include non invasive vascular ultrasound and testing, diagnostic angiography, medical management, minimally invasive procedures such as balloon angioplasty and stenting, and/or surgical procedures.
I was raised in Dallas before attending Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. I returned to Dallas for medical school and general surgery residency. I completed my training with a fellowship in vascular surgery choosing a program that provided an additional year of experience with minimally invasive techniques including diagnostic …and interventional vascular radiology. I am board certified in general and vascular surgery and am a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
