Dr. SAMANTHA CHAPEL is a board-certified Chiropractic Physician, a certified Functional Medicine practitioner, and a certified Acupuncturist. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia and her doctorate from Logan University. Her post-graduate education is in Clinical Nutrition and Functional Medicine.
Dr. Chapel enjoys helping patients get to the root cause of their health complaints, so that they may achieve optimal health.
