Hello, I’m Sam Hofman, a pediatrician for Affinity Medical Group. I come from a really large family – I’m one of 11 children and an uncle to 28 little ones – so caring for children comes naturally to me. Plus, I’m passionate about them. I provide care to newborns, children and adolescents, which includes well child visits and sports physicals. I also treat acute and chronic illnesses. Outside of the office I enjoy playing soccer, running and spending time with my expanding family and my dog, Tobey.
