Sanjay R. Parikh, MD, attended medical school at the University of British Columbia and then underwent post-graduate training in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Toronto, UCLA, and Harvard Medical School. He served as Chief Resident at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto and as Fellow at Boston Children’s Hospital. His practice is devoted exclusively to the care of children with diseases of the airway, sinus, voice, head & neck, and hearing.
Dr. Parikh has been a leader in several national medical societies. He has served on the Board of Governors of the American College of Surgeons and the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS). He has chaired the Pediatric Committee of the American Rhinologic Society, Program Committee of the American Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology, and Young Physicians Committee of the AAO-HNS. Dr. Parikh a reviewer for several medical journals and has received the AMA-YPS …award for Community Leadership. He lives in Manhattan with his wife and son.
