Dr. Vivek Sahai, MD

Dr. Vivek Sahai is a Columbus Ohio native who graduated Valedictorian of Worthington Kilbourne High School. He continued his education at Kent State University, moving on to complete medical school at Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine.
Dr. Sahai completed his Orthopedic Surgery residency at Akron General Medical Center and
then completed the Otto E. Aufranc Fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery at the New England Baptist Hospital in Boston, an international leader in total joint replacement. With a commitment to research and furthering the field of orthopedic surgery, Dr. Sahai has received
numerous research awards during his education and has been published in many scientific research abstracts and publications.
Dr. Sahai enjoys lacrosse and golf and has served more than 5 years as a team physician for high school athletics. And of course, he is a supportive fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes! Dr. Sahai adds “‘Hip and knee replacement improves quality of life more …than almost any other
procedure in all of medicine. I feel blessed to be able to dedicate my professional life to a calling that truly helps people so much.” Dr. Sahai is married with a daughter.
