Dr. Reitmeyer received his medical degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. He completed a residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Central Texas Medical Foundation in Austin, Texas. Dr.
Reitmeyer also completed a fellowship in Pediatric Pathology from Childrens Hospital in Denver, Colorado.
He is a member of several professional organizations including College of American Pathologists, American Society of Clinical Pathologists, Texas Society of Pathologists, American Pathology Foundation, Texas Medical Association and Travis County Medical Society.
Dr. Reitmeyer has over 28 years of pathology experience and served as Medical Director at Austin Diagnostic Clinic in Austin, Texas. He is currently Chief of Staff and serves as Medical Director of Laboratory at Seton Medical Center Williamson in Round Rock, Texas.
