Jynnah Snow, PMHNP-FNP

Jynnah Snow, PMHNP-FNP, has both training and experience in primary care and mental health. Her nursing career started in 2013, where she worked as a cardiac nurse for three years and labor & delivery for two years. Originally, her goal was to become a provider who specializes in women’s health, but after practicing at a clinic that treated both primary care and mental health; she found her true passion for mental health. With her combined experience as a family nurse practitioner and mental health provider, she meets our mission in providing compassionate, informed and evidence-based care from a holistic approach. Jynnah is passionate about developing therapeutic relationships with each and every patient while working alongside them in shared-decision making to create an effective treatment plan. She understands that every individual and their needs are unique.
