Kristina graduated, summa cum laude, from The University of Alabama in 2016 and has been a Registered Dietitian for the last 6 years. She has worked in various settings including clinical, pediatrics, long term care, schools, and remote outpatient counseling. Kristina is also currently pursuing a graduate degree from Arizona State University in Nutrition. She currently holds Certificates of Training in Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management as well as Obesity Interventions and has taken extensive training in Eating Disorders, Fertility, and Pregnancy Nutrition. Kristina also has a passion for fitness and is a Pure Barre Instructor.
