I am an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist and EMDR practitioner in Beverly Hills, specializing in clinical issues related to trauma and identity, including: complex, developmental, interpersonal, and sexual trauma; anxiety; depression; sex; gender; and sexuality.
Therapeutic Relationship
It is my goal to provide a supportive environment, free of judgment and affirming of your personal experience, where you feel safe to explore, heal, and grow. I work collaboratively with clients to develop the most effective treatment approach for their specific concerns, with particular emphasis placed on trust, honesty, and compassion.
Therapeutic Orientation
I am trained in all modalities but typically work from a Psychodynamic base. Our work together will extend beyond symptoms, to explore the psychological roots of emotional suffering. I am also a trauma-informed therapist and EMDR practitioner, so I recognize and consider the complex impact of trauma on …how a client regulates their thoughts and emotions. Our work together will encourage and challenge you as we move through the process.
