As the owner of Kleiman Healthcare Services in Tualatin, Oregon, Naz Kleiman and her professional staff believe that patients deserve high-quality, cost-effective healthcare options. She is an ANCC board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience in allergy testing, family medicine, primary care, trauma nursing, urgent care, women’s health, and workers’ comp. She has a BS degree from the University of Texas and a MS degree from Walden University–both in Nursing. She works with patients to ensure the greatest possible health results. She offers treatment programs which integrate alternative methods and traditional pharmacotherapies to fit each patient’s needs.
