Passion for Healing: From an early age, I was drawn to the intricate tapestry of the human mind. This passion led me to pursue a career in behavioral health and psychiatry, where I have dedicated myself to understanding and addressing the diverse challenges that individuals face in their mental health journeys. Educational Journey: I earned my bachelor’s degree in science and nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2005, setting the foundation for my deep exploration into the complexities of health. Building on this in 2007 I completed my master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner, followed by a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My academic journey has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive and personalized care. Clinical Approach: In my clinical practice, I prioritize creating a safe and supportive space where individuals can openly express their thoughts and emotions. Outside of my professional role, I find joy in activities that nurture my own well-being, such as hiking, spending time with my family, and practicing mindfulness.
