Hello, I’m Suzy Carbrey, executive function and ADHD coach. I provide coaching for adults with and without ADHD who want a neuro-informed approach to improve their communication and executive functioning skills. I use a language-based approach to move my clients forward into the life they want to live. My clients are professionals, parents, and college students who want to improve areas such as time management, organization, communication, and follow-through. I ask detail-oriented questions that get them thinking in a way that leads to growth. After engaging in change-oriented conversations they feel warmly understood and empowered to use their agency and autonomy to make necessary changes in their life that are in line with their desired outcome for coaching.I have completed an ADHD Services Provider certification program, am certified in Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy Diamond Level 1,and I am trained in the Seeing My Time® executive functioning curriculum.Although, I am a certified …speech-language pathologist, all services provided by Suzy Carbrey LLC are strictly coaching and do not comprise clinical evaluation or treatment services.
